The new policy outlines updates on how the agency intends to engage with the public and provide meaningful public participation opportunities in all of its programs and regions. This policy is grounded in the acknowledgment that EPA's actions to protect public health and the environment are stronger when they are informed by and reflect the lived experiences of the communities and individuals the agency serves.

We advise that you upload this when submitting your application in Grants.gov in the “Other Attachment File(s)/Mandatory Other Attachment” window.

Aug 15, 2024The Community Change Grants Program is still accepting applications through November 21, 2024. Communities are encouraged to submit applications early and as soon as NOFO requirements are met. EPA announced the first round of selections on July 25. Selections will continue on a rolling basis for the remainder of 2024. Please note the last day to request new Technical Assistance is tomorrow, August 16, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
